Ituah Ighodalo

CHAIRMAN

Founder IGHODALO & CO IN 1987, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo is an Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) (1992) and the American Institute of Management (1993).A 1981 graduate of Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull, U.K., Pastor Ighodalo trained and qualified as a professional with the firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1986. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1994) and the Nigeria Institute of Taxation (2000). As former Managing Partner, Ighodalo & Co, he brings to the firm 20 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Human Resources and Financial Advisory Services. Pastor Ighodalo has logged 19 years of experience in running a practice. He is a Partner at SIAO (a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants) and also Chairs Uni-Courage Web Media Ltd. He is the President and Founder of TriAfrica Empowerment Foundation.

DONALD N. GLASGOW

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Donald Glasgow is an astute entrepreneur and an international business graduate. He has over 15 years of experience in a variety of sectors, including oil and gas, health sector, international trade, non-governmental organizations, and the public sector.

He has a strong commitment to developing leaders and fostering talent, responsible for the company’s strategic direction and operational performance. Overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including marketing, supply chain management, while making strategic decisions to ensure profitability and growth within a complex regulatory environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategies for the company, including identifying new business opportunities, market expansion plans, and investments in technology upgrades.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficient cost control and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and make critical investment decisions to maximize profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a large team of executives, engineers, and other personnel across various departments, fostering collaboration and motivating high performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with government agencies, partners, investors, and communities to address regulatory concerns and secure necessary permits.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, global market dynamics, and competitor activity to make informed strategic decisions.

JOSEPH OBEKPA

HEAD – TECHNICAL DIVISION

Mr. Joseph Obekpa is a Drilling and Well engineering expert. He graduated with a Second- Class Upper degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. He has a MS.C in Drilling and Well Engineering from Robert Gordon university, Aberdeen, Scotland.

Joseph started his professional career with Vector Gray (UK) Ltd, Aberdeen as a design engineer where he was charged with the planning and designing of tools to be deployed offshore for many IOCs. He would later work for many heavyweights in Nigeria like Shell Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCO), as a Well Engineer, Rhoxxon Services Ltd as the Operations Manager, Benel Energy Resources, Risten Development Company Nigeria Ltd and Tenoil Petroleum and Energy Services as a consultant senior drilling engineer.

Obekpa heads the Drilling and Technical Division of Glasgow and Partners Nigeria Limited. His training proficiencies include a working knowledge of Well design software such as COMPASS, STRESSCHECK, WELLPLAN etc. He has undergone training in the use of SAP/R3, IOSH Certificate in working safely.

EBHODAGHE KINGSLEY OMODIAGBE

MANAGER – TECHNICAL/HSE

He is a graduate of Computer Engineering, from the University of Benin, and holds an MBA from the University of Lagos. He also has a Diploma in Quality Management from the Quality Professional Group India.


Kingsley worked at Achilles Information Limited Nigeria, heading the Operations/Information Technology Department. He has also worked at Bank PHB/Keystone Bank. He has over 10 years working experience.


His areas of expertise include HSE plans and procedure, Nigeria Local Content regulation, Data Management, Investment & Governance Issues, Strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Impacts, Human Resource Consulting, Benchmarking & Communications and Non- financial reporting.

IBIKUNLE FAMOUS-COLE

MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Famous-Cole holds a first and second degree in law. His master’s degree is international trade law from the prestigious University of Wales. Prior to joining Glasgow and Partners Nigeria Limited, his career has spanned across various industries, from Hospitality, Banking, Administration and Construction. He brings to Glasgow and Partners, transferable skills, and a wealth of experience, grounded in the best world practices derived from international exposure having worked locally and abroad in world renowned companies such as the Hilton group.


He works in the business development unit, which is charged with increasing the revenue and clientele base of the company. His job also includes the development and marketing of niche products and building alliances and strategic partnerships with clients, by acting as the official liaison between GPNL and its operating environment. Mr. FamousCole comes equipped with the full understanding of the public procurement process and how to leverage on social capital to increase the company’s bottom line.

OKPU JUDE

HEAD, PROCUREMENT

Jude Okpu is the Head, Procurement. A graduate of Electrical and electronics Engineering, from the University of Benin. He worked at FMX Integrated Services Limited as Project Supervisor/ Safety Officer. He has also worked at Shell Petroleum Development Company and NNPC Refinery Warri. He has over 10 years of experience in Procurement Processes.

His areas of expertise include on-shore and off-shore spanning Procurement, Financial Advisory, Financial Due Diligence Review, and Business Process Review, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and the Public Sector.


He is married with Children.

DURU ANTHONIA OKWUCHI

TECHNICAL OFFICER/HSE

She is the Technical/HSE Officer. A graduate of Pharmacy, from the University of Lagos and also holds a Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology from Kaduna State Polytechnic.
She worked at Jagal Pharma Limited as Quality Assurance Manager. She has also worked at Lagos University Teaching Hospital as an Intern Pharmacist. She has over 5 years working experience.
Her areas of expertise include Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control Laboratory, Compliance, Good House Keeping.
She is married with Children.

ELIZABETH IVEREN ORDAMS

MARKETING

Elizabeth Ordams is the Head, Abuja Office. A graduate of Sociology, from Benue State University, He worked at Bricks International Concepts Limited as Administration Officer.
She has also worked at Aquarian Consult as a Customer Relations Officer. She has over 5 years working experience in Office Administration.
Her areas of expertise include General Administration, Procurement, and Vendor Services.
